Terms of Service

The terms of service provision and their pricing, as listed on the ALLSMM platform, may be amended unilaterally without prior notice. The current terms are reflected in the descriptions of the respective services. No guarantees are provided regarding the timing or speed of service delivery. Any timelines indicated in the service descriptions are purely indicative and statistical, representing only a preliminary estimate of completion time.

Disclaimer of Liability

The ALLSMM platform shall not be liable for any damage caused to you or your business as a result of using the services. While sanctions from social media platforms are generally not imposed on accounts during the provision of services aimed at increasing social media activity, ALLSMM shall not be responsible for any consequences arising from such sanctions if they occur.

Service Delivery

The ALLSMM platform undertakes to perform services related to increasing activity (boosting) in accordance with the selected service. However, ALLSMM does not guarantee that attracted subscribers will engage with your account or meet other expectations. While striving to ensure high-quality services, ALLSMM does not guarantee that all attracted accounts will have a profile picture, description, or posts, except in cases where specific subscriber parameters are explicitly stated in the service description. ALLSMM shall not be liable for any account or page suspensions resulting from the use of its services.

1. The user agrees not to post materials that violate applicable laws or the rules of social media platforms, including but not limited to content containing nudity, references to narcotic substances, weapons, incitement to suicide, military themes, adult content (18+), political materials, offers related to boosting, or other prohibited topics.

2. For most services, ALLSMM relies on the current metrics of the account (e.g., number of followers, likes, views, etc.). The user agrees not to employ any other methods to increase metrics on the same page during the order execution period to avoid distorting results.

3. Once the boosting process has started, cancellation is not possible unless otherwise specified in the service title or description.

4. Refunds are not provided if an order was completed but contained incorrect information (e.g., an invalid link) and received the status “Completed.”

5. During the process of boosting followers, the account must remain publicly accessible unless otherwise specified in the conditions of the selected service.

6. Information regarding order statuses and other data displayed on the platform may be outdated or updated with a delay. Users are responsible for independently monitoring accurate metrics on the promoted page.

7. ALLSMM reserves the right to refuse order execution and/or refunds in the event of a user’s violation of the service provision terms.

8. ALLSMM may, at its discretion, refuse to provide services to a user and block access to the platform at any time without providing reasons. Users may direct any questions or complaints to the platform’s email address.

9. Guarantees for services are provided only when explicitly stated in the service title or description (using terms such as “Guarantee” or “Restoration”). A guarantee implies the restoration of lost metrics within the timeframe specified in the description. Guarantees do not apply in cases where:  

   - Metrics fall below the level existing prior to the boosting;  

   - Boosting was performed using other services, including non-guaranteed services;  

   - Metrics changed for reasons unrelated to ALLSMM’s actions.  

   Additional boosting (re-boosting) in case of metric reductions (during or after service).

10. ALLSMM reserves the right to unilaterally amend the terms of service provision without prior notice. By placing an order, the user confirms that they have reviewed and agreed to the current terms.

11. Detailed terms and specifics of particular services are outlined in the service descriptions on the platform (not in their titles).

Refund Policy

1. Refunds may be issued if there are substantial reasons justifying the necessity of such a refund.
2. Each refund request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
3. Refunds for completed orders are issued exclusively to the payment details (bank card or electronic wallet) used for the original payment, minus a 10% commission.
4. To initiate a refund, the user must contact the ALLSMM platform’s support team via the ticket system on allsmm.net. Approved refunds will be processed to the designated account within 14 business days from the date of approval.

Privacy Policy

The ALLSMM platform prioritizes user privacy and the protection of provided data. We implement all necessary measures to ensure the security of personal information and guarantee that it will not be disclosed to third parties, except in cases required by applicable law.

Information on Security Measures for Bank Card Transactions

Orders on the ALLSMM platform can be paid for using Visa, MasterCard, or Mir bank cards, as well as through payment systems such as Apple Pay, ЮMoney (Yandex.Money), QIWI, or PayPal. PayPal payments are available exclusively to users located outside the Russian Federation. To complete a payment, the user is redirected to the secure server of the ROBOKASSA payment system, where the required payment details must be entered. The security of bank card transactions is ensured by the ROBOKASSA processing center. The ROBOKASSA payment system holds a PCI DSS 3.2.1 compliance certificate, confirming adherence to standards for the storage, processing, and transmission of cardholder data. This security standard is supported by international payment systems, including MasterCard and Visa, Inc. ROBOKASSA also participates in the Continuous Compliance Program for PCI DSS (Compliance Control PCI DSS Compliance Process, P.D.C.P.). Confidential data required for payment (including bank card details, registration information, and other relevant data) is not transmitted to the ALLSMM platform. Such data is processed solely by the ROBOKASSA processing center and is protected with the highest level of security. Neither the ALLSMM platform nor any third parties have access to bank card details or other information used to process payments.
